April launch announcement

Perhaps Mother Nature is cooperating as snow is turning to rain and spring is officially less than a week away. Still, it's March, and spring in Spokane can bring about anything. Nonetheless, we are one month away from Saturday, April 16, SPARC's first official launch of the season, field conditions permitting. So the time has come to be finishing those winter projects. We'll set up at 9 a.m. and fly to 3 p.m. or so. Jeff Halstead will be the launch director. You may contact him at JSHalstead@aol.com.
